The shamanic movements are the main focus of this training. When the movements become embodied, they directly assist us in reaching new levels of silence which makes it possible to redirect stagnant energy and clean up our energy field effectively.
As our youthful energy and dormant memories become more accessible, we gain creativity in how we express our feelings which leads to the most profound experiences with lucidity, so that we can properly fall in love with our existence.
